Agile Project Initiation,
Execution and Organization
This course covers what you need to know to get a project started, how to manage the project from release to release and how you can monitor and report on your project’s status. Using an exercised-based approach, you will have an opportunity to practice the management practices and processes taught in this course. Each concept is covered using a series of related exercises involving a simulated project.
The course begins with a half-day introduction to all of the major activities and deliverables. Then, it continues with a second project that allows you to repeat the exercises at more indepth level of detail. Finally, it concludes with a final project where you’ll manage the project on your own with coaching and mentoring by the instructor. This three-tiered approach gives you an opportunity to practices the principles, practices and processes several times to ensure that the concepts are reinforced and assimilated more effectively.

- This course is intended for all team members and people who might work or interact with a team transitioning to Agile software development.
